🧵 How exactly are they made?
Manual cutting of the material: The suede-effect microfiber is not mass-produced. Each piece is cut to size according to the size and model.
Structural assembly: The different parts (toe cap, shaft, heel, sole) are assembled one by one.
Fastening and finishing: The edges are worked to prevent fraying, and the back straps are added manually.
Applying studs: This step is performed individually on each pair.
Final control: Each unit undergoes a visual and tactile quality control before being packaged.
Is it 100% manual?
There are tools, yes. Some parts of the process require precision (such as laser-guided cuts), but the assembly, handling of materials, and finishes are completely handcrafted.
