LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS — €1,000 MEGA DRAW ZUALEA

Scope: Only countries/areas to which ZUALEA already ships (see Shipping Policy ). Prizes will not be sent to areas where we do not operate.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Purchase not required. Void where prohibited.
1) Dates and possible extensions
Announcement: Sunday , September 21, 2025 .
Participation: from Monday, 09/29/2025 (00:00 CEST) to Wednesday, 10/01/2025 (23:59 CEST) .
Extension: ZUALEA may extend the period (e.g., several days). Any extension will be communicated to participants via stories and/or automated messages, and this page will be updated .
2) Requirements for participation
During the draw period:
- Follow @zualea.official on Instagram or TikTok .
- Comment on the giveaway post with the word "giveaway" and mention 2 people (accounts of brands/celebrities/mass giveaways are not valid).
Valid tickets and limit:
Up to 2 standard entries per person: 1 for meeting the requirements on Instagram, 1 for meeting the requirements on TikTok.
Optional additional entry (max. 1): Share the giveaway post on your stories, tagging @ zualea.official during the period. This extra entry will count only once, regardless of the platform where you post it.
Example: You follow and comment on IG (+1), follow and comment on TikTok (+1), and upload it to stories tagging (+1) ⇒ 3 entries in total.
Fraud/duplicates: ZUALEA may invalidate entries from fake or newly created accounts, use of bots, repeated/mass comments, or multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
3) Megasorteo Prizes (social media)
Total > €1,000 (RRP value). Lot:
- 4 x Dream Boots ( size to be chosen according to stock ).
- 5 x ZUALEA Tops ( model to be chosen by the winner from available options ).
- Vouchers: 5 x €5 , 4 x €10 , 3 x €20 , 2 x €50 , 1 x €100 ( single-use codes , not combinable with other coupons or applicable to gift cards) .
Prizes are not redeemable for cash . If an item/size is out of stock, an equivalent alternative (same or higher retail price) will be offered.
4) Guaranteed prize for all participants
All participants who correctly complete the process will receive an automated message with the validity of a digital "ticket," which will grant them access to the guaranteed prize section on the website (roulette).
- To redeem it, you must leave your email address at zualea.com and you can spin the wheel.
- The prize obtained in the roulette does not replace or eliminate the possibility of winning in the general draw.
- Validity: 24 hours from receipt.
5) "Spin-to-Win" roulette wheel on zualea.com (independent promotion)
During the period (and/or beyond), the website may display a wheel of fortune with prizes independent of the social media giveaway. Examples of possible prizes:
- Daydream Boot (RRP €79.99)
- Top (RRP 25.99 €)
- Discounts: 20% , 15% , 10% , 5%
- And others, depending on stock availability.
Roulette conditions:
- Separate promotion; participating in one does not alter the odds of the other.
- The odds of winning each prize may vary, depending on traffic and availability at the time. (All prizes are possible)
- The codes are generated automatically , are personal , and are assigned to your email (no one receives the same code).
- Code validity: 72 hours from the time of issue.
- Use: 1 per email/account . Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- Excludes gift cards and certain products/promotions if indicated on the website.
6) Selection of winners and communication
- Method: Random selection among valid entries (e.g., random tool / documented draw). ZUALEA may record and publish content of the process for transparency.
- Verification: It will be checked that the winner follows the account, mentioned 2 people , and, if she posted a story, that she tagged correctly.
- Announcement and contact: post in stories and DM from @zualea.official . The winner has 72 hours to respond and accept; if not, a replacement will be chosen using the same method.
- ZUALEA may request your name, email, phone number, and address to manage the shipment.
7) Sending of prizes
- Shipping only to countries/regions where ZUALEA operates (see Shipping Policy ).
- Shipping costs : to be covered by ZUALEA when the prize is physical or explicitly stated.
- Times subject to logistics/customs. If the package is returned due to incomplete information or repeated absence, a second attempt will be coordinated (costs may apply).
8) Use of image and content
Participation implies authorizing ZUALEA to repost your comment/story/UGC related to the raffle and to mention your username in winner announcements, without transferring other rights over your original content.
9) Data protection
- Responsible party: ZUALEA.
- Purpose: To manage the raffle, verify winners, deliver prizes, and—if you authorize it—send you marketing communications .
- Legal basis: consent.
- Communications: We may notify you via automated messages (e.g., ManyChat) and/or stories.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as detailed in our Privacy Policy .
- Retention: during the management of the draw and applicable legal periods.
10) Liability and General Conditions
- Instagram and TikTok do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion.
- ZUALEA may modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle for a justified reason (fraud, technical failures, force majeure), communicating it on this page and/or stories.
- ZUALEA may exclude entries that violate these rules or are fraudulent.
- Any tax/withholding legally applicable to the prize will be managed according to applicable regulations.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
