How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our orders take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive in mainland Spain. We prepare your order in 1–3 days and the rest depends on the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but only to countries where shipping is fast and makes sense for you.

Delivery times and costs vary by country. Some destinations are not available due to unfeasible times or costs.

What options do I have when returning the item?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return from your customer account. From then on, you can choose from several options, including a 110% ZUALEA Voucher (we refund 100% + an additional 10% for your next purchase) or a Refund to the original payment method (only for non-discounted products).

Everything is managed from your customer portal (not via DMs or Instagram, due to security policy).

Can I cancel an order?

Only if no more than 30 minutes have passed since you placed your order. Learn more here .

What size should I choose?

Each product has its size chart updated and tested by our team and our trusted girls who are part of the ZUALEA family.

If you're unsure between two sizes, the usual recommendation is to go up one size for a more comfortable fit.

CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE?

Yes. The invoice is automatically generated with your order and you will receive it by email. If you do not receive it or need a specific invoice, please contact help@zualea.com.

What happens if my garment arrives with defects or breaks?

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes there are glitches. If your order has any imperfections, please write to us at help@zualea.com as soon as possible.
