3. Give a gift without taking risks with the size.
If you're unsure about the model, size, or style for that person, choose a ZUALEA gift card . You decide the amount, they decide the look.
4. Take advantage of bundles and don't leave it until the end
Bundles (multiple tops or a top and boots) are a better deal than buying items separately. Check sizes carefully, but remember: discounts and stock are limited. These prices end after Black Friday.

When is ZUALEA's Black Friday?
Our first Black Friday starts on November 27th at 7:00 PM and ends on December 1st at 8:00 PM (peninsular time), or earlier if stock runs out. Once stock is gone, prices will return to normal.
What discounts are available and on which products?
This Black Friday, we've reduced the prices on all products on the website , with discounts ranging from 39.55% to 60% . Tops, boots, and bundles are included in the promotion.
However, quantities are limited and many sizes will not be available again once they sell out.
Gift cards are NOT included in the promotion.
Can I exchange or return something I bought on Black Friday?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to request an exchange or return, provided that the garment is unused, unwashed, with tags and in perfect condition.
Returns are handled only through the returns portal / your customer account , not via Instagram DM.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare your order within 1–2 business days , and once it leaves the warehouse, it takes approximately 6–12 business days to arrive in mainland Spain. Courier services are busier on Black Friday, so we recommend not waiting until the last minute.

In general, Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with other codes or promotions. If we make any exceptions, we will clearly indicate this on the website or by email.

Will you restock what runs out?
It depends on the product and the supplier. Some items may be available again later, but we cannot guarantee restocking or maintain the same discounts.
