How long does it take for my order to arrive?

What options do I have when returning?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a refund from your customer account. From then on, you can choose between a 100% voucher + 10% extra (with no expiration date) or a refund to your original payment method.

Can I cancel an order?
Only if it's been less than 30 minutes since you placed your order. More information here .
What size should I choose?
All our tops are one size fits most and best fit bodies between 40 and 65 kg. A detailed size guide is included with each product.
How much does shipping cost?
They are €6.99 for Spain (Peninsula and Foreign Countries) and €12.99 for international orders.

What happens if there is a delay?
Sometimes there are external factors beyond our control (shipping, holidays, etc.). If it's been more than 14 business days, please contact us at info@zualea.com .
Why do you ask for my email and phone number?
We ask you to do this so you don't miss anything.
The email is used to send you order confirmation, the tracking number, and to notify you if anything happens.
The phone number helps us (and the courier company) if there are any issues with the delivery. No spam, we promise.
